Clubs usually consider this switch at renewal time, when the USD invoice meets the INR bank account. The migration itself is smaller than it looks: members export to CSV, court grids and rate cards are an afternoon's setup, and Razorpay connects in minutes. Here's the honest path, including the part that needs care — recurring memberships.
The 48-hour migration path
- Hours 0–4: model courts and hours in Cuetronix — court-by-hour grids, peak/off-peak pricing, doubles/singles rates, coaching batch blocks.
- Hours 4–12: export members from CourtReserve (CSV) and import — names, phones, emails and membership status become CRM profiles.
- Hours 12–24: recreate membership plans and session packs; connect your Razorpay account; publish your branded booking page.
- Hours 24–48: live-test bookings and member pricing, parallel-run one day, cut over. Onboarding call included.
- Memberships note (the careful bit): active recurring billing doesn't transfer between platforms — members re-subscribe once on your new page. Clubs typically time this at renewal and sweeten it with a small loyalty credit.
