FAQs

Does Cuetronix work in UAE and Dubai?

Yes. Cuetronix supports UAE venues with AED billing, Dubai timezone, Arabic RTL interface and VAT-ready receipt labels. Signup with country AE pre-fills currency and locale.

Can I bill customers in AED or SAR?

Yes. Your workspace currency can be set to AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, or OMR. POS, bookings and receipts format amounts with correct Gulf decimal rules.

Is the staff interface available in Arabic?

Yes. Cuetronix ships a full Arabic interface with RTL layout — menus, POS, bookings and signup flip direction natively via LocaleContext.

Does Cuetronix handle UAE VAT on receipts?

Yes. Tax label is configurable (VAT, GST, etc.) in workspace settings. UAE operators typically use VAT at 5%; KSA at 15%.

How is Cuetronix different from India-built POS tools?

India-centric tools often ship English-only UI and INR assumptions. Cuetronix is built for Gulf operators: Arabic RTL, Gulf currencies first, and GCC city playbooks in our blog.

What languages does Cuetronix support?

Seven languages: English, Arabic (RTL), Russian, Spanish, French, German, and Simplified Chinese. Arabic is the GCC differentiator.

Can I run venues in multiple GCC countries?

Yes. Multi-branch workspaces support per-branch currency and timezone. See our multi-branch GCC guide on the blog.

Is UPI shown to GCC customers?

No. UPI payment options are hidden outside India — correct for Gulf venues that bill in AED/SAR locally.

How is the Cuetronix subscription billed?

Venue transactions use your workspace currency (AED, SAR, etc.). The SaaS subscription is currently billed in INR via Razorpay until international billing ships — stated clearly in GCC guides.

How fast can a Dubai esports cafe go live?

Under five minutes for workspace setup. Import stations, set hourly AED rates, enable Arabic for staff, and start a 14-day trial — no credit card required.

Does online booking work for GCC venues?

Yes. Branded booking portal with your logo and Gulf currency pricing. Payment gateway options depend on region — Razorpay for India; international gateways on roadmap.

Where can I read GCC setup guides?

Ten dedicated GCC guides on the Cuetronix blog cover Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain/Oman, Arabic RTL staff workflows and GCC vs India POS comparisons.
